Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Tetsu account and all associated data at any time — from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed.

In the app

Fastest: delete in-app

  1. Open Tetsu and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Open Settings → Account & Security.
  3. Choose Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
By email

No app installed?

  1. Email support@tetsu.fitness from the address on your Tetsu account with the subject "Account deletion request".
  2. We verify it's you and delete the account within 30 days (usually much faster), then confirm by reply.
What gets deleted

Everything, with two notes

  1. All account data is permanently removed: profile, workouts, meals, weight and measurement history, goals, achievements, AI usage records, and settings.
  2. Progress photos never left your device — deleting the app removes them; account deletion removes their metadata.
  3. Subscriptions are billed by Apple/Google, not us — cancel in your App Store or Play Store subscription settings, otherwise the store may keep billing you even after the account is gone.
