TETSU

Connect AI Assistants to Tetsu

Tetsu ships a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP-compatible assistant can read your training data and log workouts, meals and weigh-ins for you. Ask “what did I bench last month?” in any AI chat — and get your real numbers.

Setup

Connect in three steps

  1. In the Tetsu app, open Settings → AI Assistants and tap Create connection. Your personal connector URL is copied to the clipboard.
  2. In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL. In ChatGPT: enable developer mode connectors and paste the same URL.
  3. Ask away: “What are my current PRs?”, “Log 82 kg for today’s weigh-in”, “Log my push day: bench 4x8 at 80 kg, dips 3x12”.

Answers

Common questions

What can the AI assistant do once connected?

Read your workouts, per-exercise history, personal records, nutrition log, body weight trend and today’s routine — and write on your behalf: log meals, body-weight entries and complete workouts. Ten tools in total.

Is my data safe?

The connection uses a personal access token that only you hold — Tetsu stores a hash, never the token itself. Every request is scoped to your account, rate-limited, and you can revoke the token any time from the app.

Which AI apps work with it?

Anything that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP: Claude (custom connectors), ChatGPT (developer-mode connectors), Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf and most MCP-compatible agents.

Does it cost anything?

No — the MCP connection is included with every Tetsu account while the feature is in beta.

Track it in Tetsu

The connection token is minted in the app: Settings → AI Assistants. Free to start.
